We love our collaborator Anna Mills' description of her artwork:
“In designing this towel I decided I wanted to create a sort of wordless water language that embodied that unmatched feeling of diving head first into cold, fresh water. I drew up sinuous interlocking lines that reminded me of water lapping at my face and droplets running down my arms. I like looking at this design as a kind of abstract musical notation for the soundscape of swimming.”
Anna Mills is a Bristol (UK) based graphic designer whose work mainly focuses on energetic and illustrative letterforms which tend to jump around the page or take on other human qualities.

The soft and absorbent loops of cotton in these towels are crafted on Jacquard looms at a family-run business in Illinois. Jacquard looming results in a mirror image on the reverse side of each towel.
Care: Wash warm and tumble dry with items without zippers, buttons, or anything that could snag the loops. Use biodegradable detergent to keep our waterways healthy.
