Water People
Hi Bathers. I’m Greg, creative director here at Bathing Culture.
This winter my wife and I took on the project of building and installing a cedar hot tub in our tiny yard. As the California sun heats up, we’re dropping the temp and using our hot tub to cool down. On days like this, we call ourselves Water People. We lose our sense of time and alternate between crisp cool water dips and laying in the shade.
This playlist is built for Water People days: get lost in swirling guitars of Shuggie Otis and Hendrix; sing along to Swamp Dogg and Nina Simone, and jolt yourself from your water-and-sun-induced slumber with Hugh Masekela’s horn section.
