Very fluffy and pretty. It's on me that I didn't read the "how to use" instructions for a TOWEL before I ordered, but I didn't. I was immediately a little disappointed that the tag says DO NOT MACHINE DRY. After coming to the website to see if it states that anywhere...it does. However, the website does say you can machine dry, just be careful. Makes sense. Next time I wash I will machine dry to see if it helps with the lint situation. I am disappointed to have little bits of cotton stuck to me post shower. Hopefully the dryer will help. I am glad they are made from deadstock, that gives me a warm fuzzy. The cost doesn't align with the quality, in my opinion.
I am disappointed in Bathing Culture as a whole. Entirely different issue but after I received my towels, I decided to purchase wholesale bath and body products for the spa I run (at a beautiful resort.) I love the eco-friendly products and want to share with the community. I ordered a few samples of products to share with my team (to get them excited, too!) Bathing Culture cancelled my $900+ order because "there was a glitch on the website that allowed me to select more than one sample. Please re-enter your order selecting only one sample." This makes zero sense to me and i have not re-entered my order and I am not sure I will. They could have just shipped it, less the samples, and explained why? I realize this has nothing to do with the towels...but it just added insult to injury. I want to love…
