Here’s how:
i have had several sea sponges over the years. This one is nice and big, but definitely has a dead sea smell when wet. Hopefully after more use that smell will fade.
The sponge itself is nice, but it is poorly cut. I do understand it’s a natural sponge but more care could have been taken taking into consideration the natural composition. there is a gaping hole right through the middle which makes it very awkward to hold and unstable in your hand when washing. It also seems vulnerable to ripping through the middle as it’s thin there in that spot. My best friend has a sponge from here and I have used it and loved it so maybe I just got unlucky and received a bad batch.
I love the sponges! I replaced my bath pouf with these sponges and I'm never looking back. These are sustainable and do not put microplastics into the waterways unlike plastic poufs.
Too harsh for me but a probably a good exfoliating product for someone with less dry / sensitive skin.
Very nice sponge. Would recommend.
