Sheds like crazy
I had been admiring this towel for quite a while and finally decided to splurge, thinking the steep price would reflect exceptional quality. Unfortunately, I was really let down. The towel sheds excessively which has been a constant nuisance. For something marketed as a premium product, this just doesn't deliver. I even reached out to customer service hoping for a resolution, but the support was minimal and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the high price tag.

Best towel to look at, totally uplifting. Good for the toweling-off business, although I agree with a reviewer who compared it to drying off with a blanket — it feels a little hairy, but it is soft and does the job fast. I purchased two full size towels and I noticed one (but not the other) had minor shedding at first, but both have washed well for me so far. I use an unscented concentrated liquid detergent. Glad I finally made this purchase after considering it for years!
