Really wanted to like this. I had my eye on Bathing Culture products for ~6mo but just couldn't justify the price until recently. Finally pulled the trigger and gave the lineup a try
## Biggest Pro:
- Smells awesome, like really good. Difficult to describe what exactly I'm smelling, but all three products smell different and blend together to create a wonderful medley that will leave you walking back into your bathroom for another whiff.
## Shampoo is harsh
- The shampoo left my hair crunchy and stripped. Think of how you feel when you leave your shampoo at home and have to use the hotel shampoo. Unable to run your fingers through your hair, just totally stripped of oil.
## Conditioner is strong
- The conditioner is definitely overworking to try to compensate for what the shampoo does. If I'm not careful, the conditioner leaves my hair oily and without volume. Not a super big problem for me as this just means that I have to be careful with how I do my hair afterwards. The scent also lingers, so that's a plus.
## Body wash doesn't sud
- Take a look at the product photos. You'd believe that there was a decent degree of sudsing that could happen. Heck, even look at the description on the bottle: "concentrated". Even more, look at the FAQ, they say you can dilute this 1:1 if you wanted to. So all signs point to this being a decent strength soap with good sudsing qualities, right? Not so much.
